Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 10  days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear, or earrings) are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Return Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions.

Exchanges
